I got a furnace with 12 years parts and labour plus a water tank 50 gal with lifetime warranty while living here. After the installation was completed they explained everything, I was also impressed with how neat and professional the job look. When there was a problem with the furnace they came out and figured out the problem which turned out to be that I closed too many vents which caused problems with the fan I am so glad I went with them and would 100% recommend them to friends.

I might also add that another HVAC company did a diagnosis, and advised me to replace the motor and switch but my gut told me not to order the parts, and lo and behold your technician cleaned out the water trap, no new motor needed, saving me at least a $1000.

The name Reliable says it all. I got their name from a contractor friend who gave them glowing reviews. From the owner, right down to the installers and the front desk staff, they were helpful and met every one of my needs. Rob provided an excellent price for a replacement air conditioner and the next morning the installation crew of Dillan, Cory, and Steven arrived. They answered every question I asked and installed the new air conditioner in about 2 hours. The only way to describe their service and demeanor is to say that I thought that I was in 1950, instead of 2018. Friendly, courteous, clean, and knowledgeable says it all. When they left, everything was just as it was before. They cleaned up all their garbage and ensured that the old equipment was taken away. I can’t give this company enough of a review but will sum up my experience in one word – EXCELLENT!

I had a new Mini Spilt Duct air conditioner purchased and installed. I received the best quote in Winnipeg from them. The unit I purchased had a 12 year warranty vs the normal 10 of other places. Pricing was the biggest factor for me and this was an unexpected expense. The install team was very professional and easy going. No problems with them. I would recommend them to anyone looking at a ductless system in Winnipeg! Kudos guys!

I called on Thursday and I got my furnace installed on Friday. The sales rep was very professional. It only took 4 hrs to install I expected it to be 6-7 hrs. Price was reasonable. Now I hope my furnace will last 20- 25 yrs. Warranty is also reasonable. Highly recommended this company.

Since then I’ve used Reliable 3 times in two different houses and I’ve always been so pleased with the results. From the initial phone call to the clean up, it’s always A+.
